Common questions
Ableton does not show as connected
Check that FRLive is selected as Control Surface in Preferences → Link, Tempo & MIDI, and that the application is running. If you have just installed it, restart Ableton once.
My phone or tablet cannot open the address
It has to be on the same network as the computer. Some venue networks isolate devices from each other; a personal hotspot is a good test.
My trial ended
Your projects and settings stay where they are. A license is needed to keep using the application.
“This license is for another computer”
That key was issued for a different machine. If you changed computers or reformatted, write to us and we will reissue it.
I lost my license
No need to look for it: every license you bought is in your account.
