End User License Agreement
Last updated: September 2026
This agreement governs the use of F&R Marker and F&R Live. Installing, activating or using either application means accepting it.
1. License granted
F&R Stage grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the purchased application. Each license activates one computer; the key is cryptographically tied to that machine and will not open another one.
2. Activation
Activation requires the machine code shown by the application. Activation is performed offline: the application does not contact any server to keep working.
3. Trial
F&R Marker: 3 days. F&R Live: 7 days. When the trial ends, a valid license is required to continue using the application. Projects and settings are not deleted.
4. Allowed use
Personal and professional use, including concerts, church services, events, rehearsals, productions and paid performances.
5. Restrictions
- no redistribution of the software
- no sharing of activation keys
- no resale of a personal license
- no circumvention of the activation system
- no removal of proprietary notices
6. Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. No ownership of source code, trademarks, designs or intellectual property is transferred.
7. Third-party software
The applications may interact with third-party software, which is licensed separately by its own owners. Ableton and Ableton Live are trademarks of Ableton AG. F&R Stage, F&R Marker and F&R Live are independent products and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially connected with Ableton AG.
8. Limitation of liability
The software is provided for the purposes described on this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, and without limiting mandatory consumer rights, F&R Stage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the software. Users are responsible for testing their setup before a live performance and for keeping backups.
9. Termination
This license may be terminated in cases of fraud, stolen licenses, unauthorized distribution or deliberate manipulation of the licensing system, subject to applicable law.
10. Applicable law
Governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Peru, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply in other jurisdictions. Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL].
