Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the download, trial, purchase and use of software products offered under the F&R Stage brand, including F&R Marker and F&R Live. By downloading, installing, purchasing or using any F&R Stage product, the user agrees to these terms.

2. Products

F&R Marker and F&R Live are independent software applications. Purchasing one product does not automatically grant rights to use the other, unless both are purchased together as part of a commercial promotion.

3. License

Purchasing a product grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the selected software. The purchase does not transfer ownership of source code, trademarks, designs, technology, documentation or intellectual property.

6. Trial period

F&R Marker: 3-day free trial. F&R Live: 7-day free trial. After the trial period expires, continued use may require a valid license. Projects and settings are not deleted because a trial has ended.

7. Prices

Prices shown on the website are the current prices at the time of purchase. Launch promotions may change or end. A later price change does not affect completed purchases.

8. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers ([PAYMENT PROVIDER]). F&R Stage does not store complete payment-card information when payments are processed by external providers.

9. Digital delivery

Software, download access or activation licenses are delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation.

10. Refunds

Because the products are digital software and include a free trial period, completed purchases are generally considered final once a license has been activated. F&R Stage will nevertheless review cases involving duplicate charges, defective software, activation failures attributable to the product, technical issues that prevent reasonable use, and circumstances where a remedy is required by applicable consumer-protection law. 11. Updates

The purchase includes corrective updates and improvements made available for the purchased version, according to F&R Stage's current update policy. Future major versions may be subject to separate terms or pricing.

12. System compatibility

The user is responsible for checking the published system requirements before purchasing. Compatibility cannot be guaranteed with every computer, operating-system version, audio interface, MIDI controller, plugin or third-party configuration.

13. Third-party software

F&R Stage products may interact with third-party software. Purchasing F&R Marker or F&R Live does not include licenses for third-party products.

14. Ableton notice

Ableton and Ableton Live are trademarks of Ableton AG. F&R Stage, F&R Marker and F&R Live are independent products and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially connected with Ableton AG.

15. Backups

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of projects, sessions, audio files, configurations and performance data.

16. Live performance

Users should test projects, sessions, connections and equipment before using the software in a live performance. Professional users are encouraged to maintain appropriate backup systems for critical performances.

17. Intellectual property

The F&R Stage name, F&R Marker name, F&R Live name, logos, interfaces, documentation, software and original elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

18. License suspension

F&R Stage may suspend or revoke access in cases involving fraud, stolen licenses, unauthorized distribution or deliberate license-system manipulation, subject to applicable law.

19. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when necessary. Material changes will be communicated appropriately when required.

20. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Peru, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply in other jurisdictions.
