What a purchase includes
Each purchase grants a personal license to use the selected application. A license activates one computer and does not expire.
The purchase does not transfer source code, trademarks, intellectual property or redistribution rights. Details in the EULA.
Money questions
Is this a subscription?
No. F&R Marker and F&R Live are sold as one-time purchases.
Can I buy Marker and Live separately?
Yes. They are independent products. Buying both together is a commercial option, not a third product.
What if I change computers?
Your key is tied to the computer it was issued for. Write to us from the account you bought with and we will reissue it at no cost.
Refunds?
That is what the free trial is for: test compatibility and workflow before paying. The full policy is in the Refund Policy.
What about updates?
The purchase includes corrective updates and improvements for the purchased version. Future major versions may have separate terms or pricing.
