F&R Stage respects the privacy of its users and processes personal data only for legitimate purposes related to software licensing, purchases, support, security and operation.

Data collected
This site collects only what the service actually needs:
- name, if you choose to give one
- email address
- purchase information (order reference, product, amount)
- license identifier and machine code used to issue a license
- support messages you send us
Passwords are not stored. Only a salted cryptographic hash is kept, from which the password cannot be recovered. The machine code is a digest: it does not reveal your Windows identifier or your Mac UUID.
The installed applications do not send data to any server: licenses are checked offline.

Marketing
Marketing communications are optional and consented separately, with a checkbox that is never required in order to buy. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to [PRIVACY EMAIL].
Payment providers
Transactions are processed by third-party payment providers ([PAYMENT PROVIDER]), which may process transaction data under their own privacy terms. F&R Stage does not store complete payment-card details.
Security
F&R Stage implements reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or misuse. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Retention
Personal data is retained only for the period necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and maintain valid licensing records.
Your rights
Users may contact F&R Stage to exercise applicable rights regarding their personal data under Peruvian data-protection law, writing from the email address of their account to [PRIVACY EMAIL]. Note that deleting an account also removes access to the license keys stored in it.
