Trials

F&R Marker includes a 3-day free trial. F&R Live includes a 7-day free trial. Users are encouraged to test compatibility and workflow before purchasing.

Completed purchases

Because the products are digital software, completed purchases are generally considered final once a license has been activated.

Cases we do review

• duplicate payments
• activation failures attributable to the product
• defective software
• material compatibility issues attributable to the product
• cases required by applicable consumer law
