Terms of use, license and privacy for F&R Stage, all in one document.
1. Who we are
F&R Marker and F&R Live are applications by F&R Stage, developed by Abrahan Farias.
Contact: support@frstage.abrahanfarias.online
2. Free trial and purchase
F&R Marker includes a 3-day free trial and F&R Live a 7-day one, with no card or account required. Each purchase is a one-time payment for one application, activated on one computer; there is no subscription and nothing to renew. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country. Payment is handled by the provider shown at checkout; your license key is issued as soon as the payment is confirmed and is saved in your account.
3. Refunds
The free trial lets you evaluate the application before paying, so a purchase is final once the license has been activated. Even so, write to support@frstage.abrahanfarias.online if you were charged twice, the key does not activate, the application has a defect, or the law in your country provides otherwise. Buyers in Peru can also use the Libro de Reclamaciones.
4. License of use
You receive a non-transferable license to install and use the application you bought on one computer, for your own work or your organization’s, with no time limit. You may not share, transfer or publish your key, use it on several computers at once, or tamper with the licensing system; reverse engineering is only allowed where the law expressly permits it. If you change or reinstall your computer, write to us from the email you used for the purchase and we will reissue the key at no cost.
The code, the brand and the design of the applications remain the property of F&R Stage. Your sessions, audio and setlists are yours, and nothing you create with the applications belongs to us. Corrective updates to the version you bought are included; a future major version may require a new license.
5. Personal data
We only keep what is necessary: your email address, your name if you choose to give it, your password (encrypted), the licenses you bought and a code that identifies the computer where each key was activated. We use this to issue and verify licenses, keep your purchases in your account and answer your messages. There is no profiling or advertising, and we never pass your data on to third parties for commercial purposes.
The payment provider shown at checkout processes the payment and keeps its own record under its own policy. The site is hosted on a service that keeps access logs for a short time. Your data is kept while your account exists, plus the period accounting law requires for the record of each purchase. To see, correct or delete your data, write to support@frstage.abrahanfarias.online from your account’s email address; deleting the account also removes access to the keys stored in it.
6. Cookies
The site uses three cookies, all needed for it to work: one keeps you signed in, another protects the forms and the third remembers the language you chose. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, which is why you are not asked to accept anything. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first and a notice will appear. The payment page belongs to the payment provider, which sets its own cookies under its own policy.
7. Warranty and liability
The applications and this site are provided as they are. We cannot guarantee that they will work with every computer, operating-system version, audio interface, controller, plugin or third-party setup, and every live performance carries some risk. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license, except where the law does not allow that limit.
8. Trademarks
Ableton and Ableton Live are trademarks of Ableton AG. F&R Stage, F&R Marker and F&R Live are independent products and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially connected with Ableton AG.
9. Changes and applicable law
This document may change; the date at the top shows when it was last updated. It is governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, without limiting the consumer rights that apply where you live.
